For good communication skills a leader is needed to develop confidence and an inspiring style during communication process (Decker, 2006). He/she should designed messages strategically that could find thoughts of the listeners at first attempt. Also, instant response without taking long time to reply also increases the effectiveness of the communication (Decker, 2006).
